Across Works Portal Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to invited users testing or using the Across Works

hosted portal.

The portal is provided so Across Works and its clients can exchange project

materials, review draft outputs, and manage related workflow actions. You may

use the portal only for authorised business purposes connected to your Across

Works engagement.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for telling Across

Works promptly if you believe your access has been misused. Do not share access

with another person, attempt to access another client's information, interfere

with the service, or upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised material.

Materials uploaded to the portal remain owned by the party that owns them

outside the portal. By uploading material, you confirm that you are authorised

to provide it to Across Works for the relevant project.

The hosted portal is pre-release software. Across Works may change, suspend, or

remove features while the service is being tested and improved.

To report a problem, use the portal feedback option or contact Across Works

directly.
