This Privacy Policy explains the basic personal information handled by the

Across Works hosted portal during invited testing and early use.

The portal may store your name, email address, account membership, role,

project access, uploaded project materials, review comments, feedback messages,

and timestamps for actions such as uploads, downloads, approvals, or account

administration.

Across Works uses this information to provide the portal, manage client

projects, secure access, investigate issues, respond to feedback, and maintain

business records.

The portal does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card details,

authentication tokens, browser cookies, arbitrary keystrokes, or uploaded file

contents as diagnostic telemetry. Uploaded files are stored only as project

materials you or your account submit.

For security and troubleshooting, the portal may record limited device and

browser context, timezone, approximate network region, and timestamps for

allowlisted portal actions.

Access to client information is limited to authorised users for the relevant

client account and authorised Across Works personnel. Across Works does not

sell portal data.
